Michelle Shlachter

Michelle Shlachter is the founder and driving force behind MGS. She received her Bachelors of Architecture degree from New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) and Masters in Architecture and Urban Design from Columbia University in NY.  Michelle’s interest in the hospitality industry led her to further her education through Harvard University’s Hospitality Design and Planning professional development program.

​Michelle began her career as a junior designer then quickly rose to a project manager overseeing large-scale buildings and hotel work.  She specializes in space planning, construction detailing and construction management. Michelle started her consulting business in 2005 and has over 15 years of experience in hospitality, retail and residential industries.
